Abbotskerswell took part in the National Gardens Scheme Open Gardens Event for the third year running.

On Saturday and Sunday 29/30 May, ten gardens around the village were open from 1.00 to 5.00 pm each day. The event raised over £3,000 for local charities.

In just three years so far, the event has rasied over £9000 and many people have had really enjoyable times including partaking of cream teas in Church House.
